The next LIFEREVAMP sessions begin on Tuesday, March 6th and end on April 20th.
(THERE IS NO CLASS THE WEEK OF MARCH 26-30TH).

LIFEREVAMP is the answer to all of your frustrations!
Time and time again, people come into the program frustrated with a lack of results from working out and thinking they are eating right. After completing a session or more of this program they are amazed at what happens to their body, their mood, their goals, and their energy.
3 groups to choose from!
Tuesday and Friday mornings from 6-7 am
Tuesday and Thursdays from 11:15-12:15 pm
Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:45-5:45 pm
Fee: $370 due on the first day of class (check and cash only, no credit cards) Payment plans are available through arrangement with Amy, the instructor.
No refunds once the program starts. Make up sessions for missed workouts are not guaranteed.
You meet twice a week for 6 weeks. Choose a time slot and stay with that group.

The LIFEREVAMP Approach
NUTRITION: LIFEREVAMP begins with an education in nutrition. Many of us are trying to eat right to be healthy in our body and with our weight, but it’s not working. We are tired, have sore or painful joints and other inflammation issues, or are carrying around excess weight. This program teaches you, once and for all, what different foods do to your body and how to to choose real food that heals your body and allows you to shed weight. You will be surprised at what you learn here!
WORKOUT: The program then wraps fun and challenging fitness workouts into your twice weekly group sessions. The 30-40 minute workout will both challenge you and meet you where you are today. It doesn’t matter where you are physically when you start. This program will help you become stronger than you are today.
MOTIVATION: After your group workout, you will meet as a group for the remaining 15-20 minutes of class to discuss goal setting, mindset training, and work through your life-changing manual. The group dynamic is where the big changes in your life happen.
LIFEREVAMP participants report experiencing changes in all areas of their life; from their physical self, to their career, their relationships, and their organization at home and at work. Plus they tap into having more fun and friendships after creating more awareness in their life.
